The F20 summary screen lets you know where you’ve been and where you’re going. The first thing you’ll notice about the F20 is its impressive anti-glare, high-resolution color touch widescreen. However, thanks to its intelligent design, the F20 is still compact and easy to carry. Sleek and robust, the F20 houses a vast array of impressive features that include thorough directional graphics, a Turn-by-Turn voice guided navigation with 3D graphics mode, and a Multi-route option mode, and more. Other design features include a software kit containing Pause Journey–a feature unique to the Navman F20, and with the included Drive-Away platform, you’ll be able to use the F20 in multiple vehicles.
In case of an emergency you’ll never have to worry about being stranded; just one touch displays your exact location so you can quickly advise roadside assistance or emergency services. And there’s even a built-in automatic re-routing protocol with the included Back-on-Track feature, a technology that gives line-by-line directions to find your way even if you deviate from the previous directions. When you’re ready to park, or when you need to fill up the tank, the F20 sports two convenient “Nearest Parking” and “Nearest Gas Station” buttons that are built right into the front of the unit. The F20 also comes with a high-impact plastic case that protects against marks and scratches while the built-in battery delivers continuous use for up to 3.5 hours. Easy to transfer between several different vehicles, with simple user interface, this system is ideal for business and personal travel.
What’s in the Box The Navman F20 Navigator comes with a vehicle mounting bracket and a vehicle power adapter. The Navman F20 is the first entry in Navman’s new Freedom range of products. This is a very easy to use, entry level navigation device, but its loaded with features usually found on far pricier car navigators. View your Turn-by-Turn route or a route summary, a 3D moving map or 2D mini map on an anti-glare, high resolution 3.5 inch color touch screen. Our Drive-Away feature works straight out of the box. And there’s Back-on-Track, which gets you back to your route in the case of a wrong turn.
You can easily transfer the unit from car to car, and there’s no PC connection required. Software features also include pre-installed safety camera data, and POI (places of interest) data, with nearest transport-related POI search. Your favorite destinations can be stored for easy address look up. You can pull up multiple routing options, such as the shortest/fastest route, or one that takes you by the nearest POI.
